Welcome to Whimsical Yogis, a mobile yoga program that focuses on bringing families with young children closer together through yoga and mindfulness practices. Our playful yoga practices are designed to help families develop social emotional skills while also building strength and confidence in children through learning new poses.

We understand the importance of social emotional learning in children, which is why our program aims to teach children self-regulation, persistence, empathy, and mindfulness through yoga and breath practices. Our family-focused experiences are intentionally planned to help families connect and grow stronger together through partner poses and teaching each other.

At Whimsical Yogis, we believe in creating intentionally curated events that are both whimsical and wellness-oriented, to help families explore new things together. We are passionate about outdoor play and believe that children can learn a lot from exploring nature. That’s why we also offer Whimsy Hike, an outdoor play group that gives families the opportunity to engage with other families, learn new things from a knowledgeable instructor, and get some exercise while enjoying nature.

Our yoga classes are held at various spaces within the community and we also offer private family yoga sessions that can be booked. We are dedicated to helping families feel more balanced, connected, and happier through our playful yoga practices and promoting positive social emotional learning to children.
